There have been a few times that I have skipped a meal altogether and replaced it with a serving of trail mix. I personally would rather snack on trail mix over potato chips. Pretzels, chocolate chips, cereal, nuts, seeds and dried fruit are some of  the main ingredients used when making a delicious trail mix. Salty, savory, spicy and sometimes sweet — no matter what you like in your trail mix, it’s guaranteed to bee good!
