For those moments when you don’t even have 10 minutes to spare — we have gathered 5 satisfying meals you can whip up for dinner in just 5 minutes — yum!

My go-to quick meal is definitely spaghetti and I always reach for a jar sauce on those evenings when I am in a rush. If you’re not a fan of jar sauce,  you can make this super simple spaghetti sauce the night before and boil your noodles (angel hair pasta takes under 5 minutes to boil) and serve under your prepared sauce. Throw in some prepared meat or keep it simple by adding in some broccoli. For a quick and cheesy noodle dish try this Pasta and Broccoli Salad.

In my household, it’s always a good night for taco night and the amount of time it takes to make them is a big win for me. Cooking up meat takes some time so if you must have it, than prepare days ahead of time to make your weekday meals more fast and easy. You can substitute the meat for beans to make this even quicker, add shredded lettuce, cheese, salsa and diced tomatoes. You can make this yummy 5-minute taco dip ahead of time and serve with tortilla chips when ready to eat.

Breakfast Burritos

Sometimes breakfast for dinner just seems like the most perfect option and when you’re in a hurry making these 5-minute breakfast burritos will save you loads of time and they taste great too. Make your eggs, add them to your tortilla and load on the toppings, peppers, onions, diced tomatoes, cheese, spinach, jalapenos and salsa — delish! If you don’t eat eggs than try this 5-minute turmeric tofu scramble for a tasty egg replacement. Scrambled eggs and tofu scramble are both quick go-to’s when preparing a satisfying and filling meal. Add your scramble to toast and top with sliced avocado or enjoy your eggs piled high on an English muffin.

Stir-fry is a quick and easy option for when you’re wanting something satisfying and bursting with flavor, but don’t have much time to be in the kitchen. For a delicious weekday meal, try out this 5-Minute Beef Stir Fry  that is loaded with veggies and served over rice (minute rice is perfect for when you’re in a hurry). For a great meatless Monday meal try this tasty 5-minute vegan oyster mushroom and spinach stir-fry. Having your veggies chopped and ready and your meat prepared makes stir-fry even more easier to prepare last minute.

If you have tortillas and cheese, than you’ve got a meal in no time. Quesadillas are the perfect meal for when you’re running low on time and there are many ways to prepare them in a hurry.
