Spaghetti


My go-to quick meal is definitely spaghetti and I always reach for a jar sauce on those evenings when I am in a rush. If you’re not a fan of jar sauce,  you can make this super simple spaghetti sauce the night before and boil your noodles (angel hair pasta takes under 5 minutes to boil) and serve under your prepared sauce. Tacos


In my household, it’s always a good night for taco night and the amount of time it takes to make them is a big win for me. Cooking up meat takes some time so if you must have it, than prepare days ahead of time to make your weekday meals more fast and easy. You can substitute the meat for beans to make this even quicker, add shredded lettuce, cheese, salsa and diced tomatoes. You can make this yummy 5-minute taco dip ahead of time and serve with tortilla chips when ready to eat.

Breakfast Burritos
