Drink Less Coffee

Stop Smoking

Rinse With Alcohol-Free Mouthwash

Alcohol dries out your mouth and a moist mouth is what helps prevent bad breath from occurring. The best way to freshen and cleanse your mouth is by using a alcohol-free, healing mouth wash. Make your own healthy mouth wash by mixing ½ cup filtered or distilled water, 2 teaspoons of baking soda, and 2-3 drops of peppermint oil.
