Demi Lovato is taking a break from social media. The “Sorry Not Sorry” singer took to Instagram on Wednesday to post a black image captioned, “The next time you hear from me, I’ll be singing….” Lovato did not reveal when she will return or when we can expect new music from her.

She also shared a post on her Instagram Stories that said, “Don’t believe the rumors.” It is unclear what she was referencing to in her Stories.
The last time the 27-year-old dropped a new single was in 2018 when she released “Sober.” Shortly after the release of her album, Lovato overdosed and took time from the spotlight to “heal and focus on my sobriety and road to recovery.” Lovato signed with talent manager Scooter Braun back in May, this will be her first time releasing music since signing with Braun.
