Dwayne Wade took to Twitter to respond to the haters who threw shade at his son over his Thanksgiving family photos that wife Gabrielle Union posted on Instagram.

In the images, the actress, Wade, their daughter Kaavia James and Wade’s son Zion Malachi Airamis, who is wearing long nails and cropped top, are all in the photo.
In response to all the hate toward his sons outfit, the former Heat player tweeted, “I’ve seen some post thanksgiving hate on social about my family photo. Stupidity is apart of this world we live in—so I get it. But here’s the thing—I’ve been chosen to lead my family not y’all. So we will continue to be us and support each other with pride, love & a smile!” the retired NBA star wrote.

Wade also responded back to a tweet praising him and Union for being supportive parents.
