Kim Kardashian has been very open about her struggles with her difficult pregnancies in the past. In a recent interview for Skims, the mom to North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm said she was grateful for her 4 children. In the video, Kim revealed that after she gave birth to Saint, she had to undergo five different surgeries within a year and a half to fix the damage from delivering North and Saint. She said that her “placenta grew inside my utereus,” a condition to which moms “die from in child birth.”
As far as having a third child, Kim explained, “I asked my doctors, ‘Can I do it one more time?’ and they were like, ‘We won’t even put an embryo in you, that would be, like, malpractice.'” “I am just so thankful for my beautiful kids. You know, no matter how they came to me, they came to me,” she added. “I’m so thankful for surrogates, and I’m really thankful for my family . . . I would have gone through the same pain and back for the results of having my babies — it was all worth it.”
In order to support other women this holiday season, Kim is making a donation to The Bail Project, a nonprofit organization with the goal of posting bail for people in need and reuniting families. “It’s really important to me to make sure that families are reunited and make sure that families are connected, especially this holiday season,” the reality star said.
