Fans have been waiting for a long time and it is now officially over Lonzo Ball will be playing tonight against the Golden State Warriors.
Ball hasn’t been able to play in more than six months and that is due to problematic knee that began in March.
He got arthroscopic surgery in July and has been participating in training camp after he wasn’t cleared to play in the beginning of camp.

“It gets frustrating when you play basketball for your whole life and then it gets taken from you for a little bit,” Ball said.
While he was recovering from his injury Ball said he wasn’t doing on-court workouts and decided to bulk up for the new season. He says he added on 15-20 pounds to make his weight closer to 210.
Rajon Rondo will start the game tonight but Ball and Rondo will both be on the court together at some point during the game.
“It’s nice, because they’re both selfless, playmaking guards that make their teammates better,” Walton said. “Those are the type of guys we want on the floor. Most of the time, to be able to have at least one of those guys at the point is a big plus for us.”
Ball averaged 10.2 points, 7.2 assists and 6.9 rebounds per contest while shooting 36 percent en route to earning NBA All-Rookie Second Team honors.
