ICYMI, Saved by the Bell is getting a reboot and Mark-Paul Gosselaar, aka Zack Morris, has officially joined the reboot. When the reboot was announced back in September 2019, Elizabeth Berkley and Mario Lopez were the first to sign on to reprise their roles as Jessie Spano and A.C. Slater.
The sitcoms plot: “When California governor Zack Morris gets into hot water for closing too many low-income high schools, he proposes they send the affected students to the highest-performing schools in the state—including Bayside High. The influx of new students gives the overprivileged Bayside kids a much needed and hilarious dose of reality.”
