Los Angeles Lakers have decided to assign point guard Rajon Rondo to the South Bay Lakers. Rondo is currently rehabbing his hand and looking to return to the NBA. The Lakers announced today that the guard will be participating in the G league.
The Lakers are looking to get him back soon, The guard is primarily used by the lakers for clutch moments and will be inserted back into the lineup soon.
The popular guard only played in 11 games before he injured his right hand on Nov. 14 vs the Portland Trailblazers currently he is averaging 8.5 points, 6.5 assists, 4.5 rebounds and 1.2 steals in 25.2 minutes a game.
