Since Alabama placed their new strict anti-abortion law, many people including celebrities have taken to their socials to express their feelings toward the new law.
The most recent celebrity to voice his disliking to the law, rapper Offset. Cardi B’s husband took to Twitter to slam the new law, comparing it to slavery.
“New laws is slavory [sic],” Offset wrote. “To force a rape victim to keep a child is SLAVORY IM NOT PROUD TO SAY IM FROM AMERICA!!! [sic],” he went on to say.

While their were many that appreciated the artist for sticking up for women –African American political activist, CJ Pearson tweeted to the rapper, “In between cheating on your wife @iamcardib – I hope you take the time to pick up a dictionary,” he wrote. “It’s slavery, not ‘slavory.’ And if you’re not proud to be an American: leave,” he continued.
Offset responded by tweeting, “In between ur time you should look at yourself in the mirror and ask our self why you as a black men support republicans and trump people who give a f—k about abortions more than black men getting kill and targeted by police [sic],” Offset wrote in response. “Bless up brother,” he added.
As for the misspelling, he said, “I miss spelled the word from anger sorry yal smh.”
