Tekashi 69 has been sentenced to four years probation related to his 2015 sexual misconduct case. According to The Shade Room, the rapper plead his case, and claimed that he was a good guy who gives a lot to charity and that those kind acts aren’t reported.

Tekashi told the judge, “There are people who deserve to be in jail, but Daniel Hernandez is not one of them.” According to TMZ, the courtroom erupted in cheers after the news was heard by the judge. How did the rapper celebrate being free? By attending his daughters 3rd birthday party, which he was very thankful and excited to be able to attend.
