Udonis Haslem a long time player of the Miami Heat has agreed to resign with the Miami Heat.
Haslem signed the veterans minimum which is worth $2.6 million for one year.
The 39-year-old will most likely retire after this upcoming NBA Season, use to playing along side Dwyane Wade who spear headed multiple championships.
The power forward most likely won’t be a part of the heavy rotation of players the Heat have.
“We are proud to welcome our captain back for a 17th season,” Pat Riley said in a statement. “UD is the heart and soul of Miami and we are proud to have him help lead this team once again.”
They are happy to see him return to the team and consider him a core part in helping their young core grow.
