Grace Pauline Kelley, 22, daughter of country singer superstar, Wynonna Judd, has been sentenced to eight years in prison after violating her probation back in February.
The troubled 22-year-old has been in and out of prison in both Tennessee and Alabama for drug-related charges over the past two years. Kelley pleaded guilty to the manufacturing, delivery, sale and possession of methamphetamine in Williamson County Court in May 2017.
Grace was ordered to serve 11 months and 29 days in jail for the meth charges, but her jail time was to be served on probation after 30 days in jail in March 2017 followed by 180 days in an in-house rehab program.
After violating her probation by leaving her drug recovery program, Kelley was sentenced on February 8.
She has been serving her time at West Tennessee State Penitentiary in Henning, Tennessee, since April. Her release date is August 10, 2025, though she may be eligible for parole in 2019.
